Return & Refund Policy

At GamersCrate, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read the following policy regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Returns

  • Due to the nature of dropshipping and fulfillment through CJdropshipping, all returns must be approved in advance. Please contact our support team at info@gamerscrate.com before returning any items.

  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging to be eligible for a return.

  • Some products may be non-returnable, including custom items or digital products. We will notify you of any non-returnable items at the time of purchase.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are generally non-refundable, except in cases where the item was defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact our support team for guidance if you would like to exchange an item.

  • CJdropshipping may require that defective or incorrect items be returned before sending a replacement.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.

  • We will work with CJdropshipping to provide a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Shipping Returns

  • Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was incorrect, damaged, or defective.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns to ensure safe delivery.

  • All returns and refunds are subject to CJdropshipping’s supplier policies.

  • Certain items may have limited return options, depending on the supplier. We will provide clear instructions in each case.
